“You are the light of the world. A city built on a hill cannot be hidden.  No one after lighting a lamp puts it under the bushel basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all in the house.  In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven.  

Matthew 5: 14- 16

The above verses, which are our school's key verses,  remind us of our core values and that we should be the very best that we can be.  As we allow Jesus to shine through our lives we are able to REACH out to others and make a difference in the world.

Our core values are rooted in verses from the bible.

Respect: ('Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.' Philippians 2:3)

Endeavour: ('Try to discern what is pleasing to the Lord.' Ephesians 5:10)

Acceptance: ('May the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to live in such harmony with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus.' Romans 15:5)

Courage: ('Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.' Joshua 1:9)

Honesty: ('You shall not bear false witness against your neighbour.' Exodus 20:17)
